Guest access Private home. You will have access to both the top and bottom floors, as well as all amenities—excluding locked storage areas. Please note that exterior video cameras are installed at the front and back of the property for safety monitoring of our guests, neighbors, and the community. A digital lock provides non-contact, easy access for all guests. Other things to note - Party Policy: No parties or extra guests beyond the maximum limit allowed. A $500 additional cleaning fee, plus any damages, will be charged for violations. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any parties or exceeding the guest limit. -Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee, plus any damages, will be charged for violations. - Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking or vaping INSIDE the property is prohibited, with a $250 fee for violations, plus all fees that are incurred to remove the smell. Any violations may result in eviction without a refund. By booking, you agree to comply with all the outlined rules.
