Private home. You will have access to the top and bottom floors and all of their amenities (excluding locked storage areas). For your security and the security of the property, video cameras are located on the front and north side of the property. A digital lock allows non-contact, easy access for all guests. Other things to note- Please note that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE for any parties, extra guests (beyond the reserved amount), and broken house rules. You will be assessed a $500 fee for parties/Events. The property is NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE. You will be assessed a $250 fee for smoking/vaping inside. Outside smoking/vaping is allowed, please make sure all cigarette material is put inside of designated ashtray. Our property is closely monitored for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and community.

The house had beautiful old quirky charm. It was decorated with old charm but had all the modern amenities making the home feel like home. We did not get to enjoy outside as much as we would have liked but the back porch is super cozy. Great location to downtown. Highly recommend staying here and I look forward to booking in the future.

The place was absolutely wonderful. I was told we were there first guests very quiet neighborhood would recommend to anybody for a little getaway thank you guys so much again for letting me and the guys stay. We’ll make sure to be back!!
